Photoblog: Hofbräuhaus

Well, I got my German on last night celebrating Oktoberfest at the famous Hofbräuhaus. I'd never been there before and being in Newport to pick up all my stuff at the Art on the Levee, Paul and I thought we'd stop by to try it out. Now, I'm not a beer girl really at ALL. But we found out the Hofbräuhaus brews their own beer, right there in a distillery they have in their resturaunt, and me being the curious one... wanted to try their different kinds to see if it's better than our American light beers. And I actually found one that I loved! It's called the Hofbräu Munich Weizen. It has a sweeter flavor that has a banana taste to it and it was really different! Not to mention... the food was TO DIE FOR. Omg. Totally worth the money! All the pictures here were taken & edited with my handy dandy droid (cell phone).

So also had to stop by the post office downtown and I found myself taking pictures of random things in the building because it holds the Art Deco style that I'm in love with. I wish I got some pictures of the outside but with there being so many people, it was hard to!

Before I go, I must share this.... and admit that I'm falling in love with dubstep music style.

It's awesome you went to Hofbräuhaus :-) There's one in Hamburg too :-) Glad you had yourself some German beer :-)

Thank you! I have to say it's one of the best views I've seen of the city. I wish I had my big camera with me!
