Go Do

Go sing, too loud
Make your voice break - Sing it out
Go scream, do shout
Make an earthquake...

You wish fire, would die and turn colder
You wish, your love, could see you grow older
We should always know that we can do anything

Jonsi - Go Do

Yesterday while I was at work, someone mentioned a statement to me that got me thinking that dream/fantasy worlds that exist within our imagination are the very fabrication of what makes our reality. Some of us have a deeper connection to our imaginations and some never even truly develop one. There is a "normal reality" that is accepted by the majority of the human population and we're taught from an early age to believe in only this reality as being real. And most people are fine with it, accept it, and keep expanding the roots of the entire human network in this "normal reality".

I believe that we as humans know on a very subconscious level that we work better as a team, not as individuals. Our civilizations prosper, grow, and we can contribute things to a greater society by accenting in our specialities. Maybe that's why individualism is so rejected by so many people because on this deeper subconscious understanding we know our civilization would crumble from its greatness with such individuality. But what if it didn't?

What if the human consciousness could learn to accept such individualism to allow ourselves to evolve into a higher stage of spirituality? Develop skills and attributes that exist supposedly only in our dream worlds. What if more people decided to change the way they see reality as something that combines all elements of things they love? Open their heart to new possibilities and change the world around them. As the saying goes, we should all be the change that we wish to see in the world. It's not truly possible to change the entire human consciousness without freeing yourself of the reality that shackles you to the ground.

The challenge of life is to never lose yourself and never let the world change you. If more people accepted this as their goal in life, maybe more happiness, freedom, and prosperity could linger in all corners of our entire human civilization.

I understand that perfectly. In fact, in many ways, I understand it better than most. I feel that alot of artistic and open minded people, do believe this, but they only know how to go so far. Individualism is a great thing, but you have to participate in society to a certain extent to get anywhere.

As far as the working world, and interacting with everyone else, it is a neccesity to eat, drink, sleep, and have some form of shelter. In society it is widely excepted that you must have a job to make money, in order to survive. While in other parts of the world, simply living off of your labour and hunting skills will get you by, and in many ways is a more peaceful form of existence.

Of course, in the western world, having a job and making money is the key, in order to obtain goods to live on and enrich your lives.

Some western countries thrive from capitalism and free trade. While others sanction the hard work of their fellow humans with high taxes and self imposing laws, in a way to hold back the exceptional and hold up the lazy of the human race.

There are many countries and many ways to live in this world, and you must find a way to live through it.

Personally I see the working world as the matrix, and in many ways I see myself as Neo...I have been traveling down the rabit hole, and discovering many things about the world. There are many good things, some bad, and many truths and falsehoods. My task and the road I build beneath me is to get out of the matrix of the 9-5 mentality, and live a unique life from the fruits of my labour, using books and knowledge to wind a path very different from most of the human race. it is my intention not to be rich, but to be free, and to use any legal and honorable means to do so.

So on many levels I understand this completely...we should discuss this more ;)

wow, i wasn't expecting such a long response?! lol that's awesome. my main point to be noted was the fact that we as an entire society need to change in order for us to grow and develope into a higher level of spirituality. its the fact that we have to stoop to the normal reality to "make something of ourselves" and get the nicer things in life. but to me... isn't it worth EVERYTHING to know that you pushed outside your boundaries and took a chance knowing that you didn't care what people thought?

No photo this time? :-(

Never thought about dream / fantasy worlds too much - guess I should do so probably :-)

Gotta admit though... "it is my intention not to be rich, but to be free, and to use any legal and honorable means to do so." that sounds like me lol. So what's this 'new social portal' thing about that you got on your blog? It's really free to use, no kidding?
